One of the realities....
Despite realizing the fact that each one of us makes one's own strategies, planning
at one’s own level in order to control the circumstances which directly or
indirectly may affect daily life. Sometimes we do succeed in
overcoming the circumstances and sometimes we find ourselves helpless before the
circumstances. Sometimes things take a turn in such a way that our all
strategies and planning, self confidence and endeavor lose their significance.
Sometimes even our calculated and well planned efforts give such disappointing
results which we had never expected. Consequently we get frustrated, stressed,
and eventually reach on a stage when sadness completely subjugates us. Even
though we leave no stone unturned in finding out the reasons, shortcomings,
flaws for our plight and frustration and to an extent we also do succeed in
identifying some of the weak streaks which causes of our stress ‘unpredictability in life’ is also one of
the streaks and realities of our daily life so by believing in it we could to large
extent reduce our stress. We need to accept this fact that some of the happenings
in life is beyond our control. We can foresee some of the incidents and events
having observed in and around and accordingly we prepare ourselves to face their
negative impacts but some of the incidents in life occurs so suddenly or happens
in such a way we are never prepared for. Our mechanism of brain gets immensely affected
causing stress, depression. The way pollution is supposed to be the main cause of
climate change and global warming where science can not predict about the temperament
of weather similarly social pollution is causing unpredictability in our social
environment. We can never predict what is in store for the steps we are
supposed to take. Social pollution arises out of our notorious mind, greed, desire
of power etcetera which has made the personal life unpredictable. The way we
have to prepare ourselves to face some of the natural disasters which science
can not predict similarly one must prepare oneself for the circumstances which may
occur anytime. We need to believe and prepare ourselves for such circumstances
only then we could great extent cope with the stress, depression and frustration.
