Fragrance of Remembrance

One day every creature has to perish but what remains is remembrance. Every creature is a mortal being. We always enjoy melodious twittering of pets but after releasing them from cage only one thing we possess that is remembrance of its voice,acts. Human beings are not different from caged pet. Nature gives them life, feed them, arrange stuff for their entertainment, teach them how to live, how to perform, then after a certain period of time they are released from the cage for an unknown destination, unknown world. Quran says “ Every soul shall taste the death ……………” Death is an end of human life. Departure of a soul to another destination. Hence every living creature has to accept the truth that end is imminent.

The period between birth and death is very short. One has to act and react, laugh and make others laugh , get pleasure and also experience sadness and so on. In brief one has to do all things in this very short period of time. Every departed soul leaves a mark whether it is good or bad in surrounding to be remembered later. Some of us when alive make romance with all good deeds, try to create cordial atmosphere, some of us are antipathy, some of us play role of mere spectators but eventually all have to depart leaving things for others to remember them.

There are lot of ups and down in this short journey. Some of our struggles are unforgettable we carry such moments until our soul taste the death on the other hand we leave some of the moments for others to remember. Some of us work on our soul, shine it with hard work, infuse in essence of good deeds in order to spread fragrance of love, peace and brotherhood not only when they are alive but even after the demise, we remember them. Nobody is pious in materialistic surrounding, Nobody can absolve oneself from mistake, wrong doings or one might not have hurt others but still nature has imparted huge potential to its best creature to rectify the mistakes, nurture good habits inside, have feeling of love and affection with fellow creature because all these elements work like ingredients which prepare fragrance, a fragrance which make the atmosphere happy, pleasant.

Death of soul is undoubtedly an end of living creature but our environment keeps some remarkable moments of departed soul with itself to spread fragrance of his deeds, his work, his mistake too among fellow creatures. Soul of person departs, body turns into ashes but fragrance of remembrance remains alive in surrounding, environment doesn’t let them die.

Habits die hard People keep changing their hobbies with the time and circumstances but if anyone of us get addicted to any particular hobby it becomes difficult to quit it easily that is why one had said ‘ Habits die hard.’ Although I disliked company of one of my close acquaintances , Shahrukh, who was known for his cynical behavior and fastidious attitude nevertheless I have always enjoyed his logic and reasons which he used to put during the arguments whenever we used to sit together.
