                          Freedom of Expression

It is human nature which demands freedom in all walks of life instead of being slaved of any kind in the hands of anyone. But fact of the matter is that the system we live in neither allows freedom of all type to all nor let it remain any one slave forever of all type. Freedom in true words is not only a power but also a step forward medium to attain more control, more power therefore one leaves no stone unturned in order to achieve it albeit different means are taken to get different types of freedom. Almighty which we call supreme share its freedom in proportion among its creature making them a bit mighty to run the system. This is called delegation of authority but irony of this share of power is that such so called mighty begins to abuse that freedom.  
 
Freedom of Expression is one of the types of freedom like  Individual, Economic, Political, Religious and so on. All types of freedom play crucial role in surrounding for smooth functioning of  personal and social upbringing. Crave of freedom undoubtedly play an instrumental role in evolution of society. Sometimes when this very  abundant freedom goes in the hands of some of ignorant and ambitious persons in our society, chaos and disorder prevails around that is why reformists among us have been emerging to give a right direction to the people.
 
 It is an apparent truth that birth of religion was the result of social and individual downgrade. Religion defined a principle as to how to live individually and in group having enlightened as to how to get freedom of all kinds. Teaching of religion has never been to create rift but the primary purpose is to create an atmosphere of peace and brotherhood. So we can never deny the fact that religion imparted immense contribution in evolution of not only our society but has also given a complete system on earth. Religion had never directed its follower to offend or hurt anyone instead gave doctrine of making good society wherein everyone could enjoy all kinds of freedom with the set ethical code.                                            
 
The way some of the writers have been targeting religion, hurting the belief and faith of people is tantamount of abuse of freedom of expression. If we look at the recent statement of exiled Bangladeshi writer she said ‘ I think we should have our freedom of expression even if that might offend some people. If we do not open our mouth society will not evolve’. The way some of the writers have been digging the loopholes in religion having said that their writing will evolve the society is ridiculous. In fact attack on religion is central them of their writing, it doesn’t pertain to evolution of society perhaps this is their  strong tool to get publicity or becoming best seller and foremost thing is that the way they drag religion  as if they have personal enmity against religion.
 
The real meaning of freedom of expression is to put your views ,your own ideas freely on your own plate  form responsibly  instead of citing flaws of religion because this pinpointing act of progressive writers hurts millions of people who are attached to particular faith and belief. Of course some loopholes in religions have been emerging with circumstances and ages which have also been sorted out by the sages and saints who have been evolving the society though their balanced preaching within the purview of religious faith and belief. The subtleties of religion can better be made supple only by those who practices religious rituals instead of such writers who hardly follow basic of religions. Saints and sages have also been being imparted power of wisdom with the passage of ages so that they could produce religion in easy way before the followers who in case get perplexed on some stage.
 
Offend and hurt are the common words for the writers who have enmity against religions. Such  writers find themselves gagged if their freedom to offend are seized. Author of Satanic Verses  said ‘ what is freedom of expression ? without the freedom to offend, it ceases to exist.' The way they protest against religion as if they have no specific ideology as to how to evolve society except criticizing religion and asserting themselves crusader of better society.

One of the realities....
