                                                                Chapter - 10

After completing joining formalities in Bux Infra. First priority of Avinash was to search a flat on rent which was near to his project site. He asked Nisar if he is interested in living with him. Nisar didnt respond instead told him to give him some time to think. Although Avinash had noticed that Nisar was also not  satisfied the way he was living perhaps he was alone that was why he was probably having to live in such condition. Later after considering  all aspects Nisar got agreed to accompany  him putting condition that he will be living merely couple of months and he will share only rent. 

Nisar assumed that his efforts to go abroad can get materialized any moments  even though Nisar felt himself completely  exhausted applying everywhere even there was no hope looking  to get a job even to get  local job was looking an uphill task. Avinash  thought if Nisar leave him in mid he will not be alone as his friends had already committed to come in couple of months.

“ I shall not be able to afford  deposit.” Nisar said

“ Dont worry I shall talk to my Dad. So why shouldnt we begin find  out suitable apartment” Avinash said

Okay, you are free on Sunday, Lets begin home search mission..'

Sunday, both visited couple of real estate agents in near around of project site of company. Real estate agents took them to many housing societies , most of the housing society didn’t allow bachelors and some flates they didnt like. After searching lot eventually  a real estate agent  took them to ANSHU Housing Society. Real estate introduced them  to owner of the flat.

“ Meet Mr Avinash and he is Mr Nisar, they are looking for 1 BHK flat. I think your flat will be suitable for them” Real estate agent said to owner.

'Where do you work”

,'Bux Infra “ Avinash replied.

“And you” owner of the flat pointed towards Nisar

“I am looking for job”

“Did you tell them about the rent and others formalities, rules of the society” Owner of the flat said looking at  real estate agent

,Yes, I told them everything”

'I forgot your your name , Owner pointed his fingers to Avinash

‘Avinash, ' Real estate agent interrupted.

“Yes, Mr Avinsh. I have to say one thing that I  couldnt remove furniture including  couple of chairs table and some other stuff from flat. Interior work  is going on in my new house so I couldn't take out such articles as soon as interior work is finished off, I will take all remaining items  till then it will be in room and you can use them”

“ We have no problems” Avinash said

“ Okay,  show them flat and prepare the papers. I shall see you in evening” Owner of the flat instructed to real estate agent and walked away.

There were three wings in that  society. Real estate agent  took them to 2nd floor of wing B and opened the door of flat. Hall was spacious few chairs lying in hall, dust laden table was in corner of the hall both moved to bed room,checked the kitchen where some other stuff were also lying. Bathroom was also specious. Both liked the flat not only  because it looked spacious but it was also close to railway station. After completing documentation formalities Both  shifted in, later Avinash informed to his  friends that they didn't worry.

They had purchased  basic stuffs which came in  their  day to day requirement. Since apartment was near railway station so all types of shops were available in  this locality they  had no problem in finding out eatery place also.

Avinash  normally  left home at 8 in morning  and easily would reach at his project site  on time. Even after passing a week Avinash neither asked nor tried to know about Nisar's activity in new place. After coming from office Avinash  would get bored  as there was not  any source of entertainment in room. After taking some rest both  would move out for dinner and by 11 both would come back to  flat. This was their daily routine of evening.

Within month both had made good relations with the owner of  stationary shop. Shopkeeper thougt them potential customer of cooking edible items if  they would begin to cook in future. Shop was situated in front of the society after crossing the road so they usually spent  evening at that shop.

After couple of days, Amaan become their friend. Amaan was working in government office he  also came to stationary shop  to spend time he was single, living alone in his flat so all three sometimes walk out together. Sometimes they spent their  time in his room watching TV. He had been living in society  since last 7 years. Later when he came to know that both  eat outside he met them to a person  who used to supply home made tiffin to the people working in nearby markets.

Avinash never asked Nisar  as to what has he been doing during these days  but he  was  concerned on his morose state. Nisar never discussed his family matter in front of him on any occasion even after several attempt of Avinash to dig out. Avinash  noticed  him getting worried only when he talked  about interviews and jobs.

We are to celebrate new year. The way tik tik of second of clock in morning send out message to get ready, make plan of the day similarly count down tik tik of 2019 calls out some of us to make new resolution, new plan for the next year with keeping in account of previous year\s failures and success.Some of us do make new resolution for the next year according to their individual aspiration and capacity. Habits die hard People keep changing their hobbies with the time and circumstances but if anyone of us get addicted to any particular hobby it becomes difficult to quit it easily that is why one had said ‘ Habits die hard.’ Although I disliked company of one of my close acquaintances , Shahrukh, who was known for his cynical behavior and fastidious attitude nevertheless I have always enjoyed his logic and reasons which he used to put during the arguments whenever we used to sit together. One of the realities.... Despite realizing the fact that each one of us makes one's own strategies, planning at one’s own level in order to control the circumstances which directly or indirectly may affect daily life. Sometimes we do succeed in overcoming the circumstances and sometimes we find ourselves helpless before the circumstances.
