Days were passing smoothly for Avinash  he didn't go through   any kind of politics till now  he was concentrating and  enjoying his  work. Propitious behavior  of Mukund Grover  with his staffs created good working atmosphere  inside the office infact he  was an emblem of true leader  who knew how to get work down . He was kind of leader who wanted participation of his subordinates in  executing the  duties unlike some who had always habit of dictating and putting pressure on fellow workers. Proactiveness of Avinash would get his attention.

After coming from office Avinash enjoyed mostly reality show.Nisar sometimes enjoyed watching panel discussion on news channel which got Avinash irritated. This drama allegation and counter allegations of  conuntr's policy makers brought smile on  melancholy face of Nisar. He hated watching serial like Kahani ghar ghat ki, Bahu Chale Sasural etc although Avinash enjoyed it sometimes. When Avinash asked why doest he  like family serial. Nisar replied that such fabricated stories penetrate into nerve of  viewer which they translate into their real lives. Politics, tug of war among member of family affects new generation. Life is too short,enjoy it like romantic film where lot of love,romance, little thrill a bit fight then again love  and peaceful end. instead make your life like serial where daily, in every episode there is Kheech Taan, negative twist, Conspiracy. Such serials are product of Satanic mind. People do the way they think and such serials succeed in molding the mechanism of your brain. They themelve begin to find in characters.

Avinash had purchased all basic suffs  Avinash  didn’t ask Nisar to share while purchasing  other stuff  since he knew that  he wouldn’t be able to live with  him more. Since Nisar himself  told  on  several occasion that he will leave the flat as soon as he gets opportunity. Nisar was sharing half of total flate rent it was not more than what he had been paying in his previous accommodation.

One day while watching TV  Avinash broke the silence and asked Nisar about his activity. Nisar with insipid smile replied that his career is over. Somewhere he is rejected for over age,somewhere his abroad experience bogged him down, somewhere his short period of  experiences in various companies  got him negative response from employers . Nisar confessed that  all negative responses got him  demoralized so much he is unable to make strategy and think over  and plan future course of action. He accepted that his uncertain gloomy future was result of his poor beginning.

He couldn't have shared his ongoing bleak phase to anyone except with Avinash he was only one who was with him at this moment but he was very much private person so even after effort of Avinash he didn't divulge the things. when Avinash asked him about his guardian  he replied that he is himself guardian as his  parents are not alive he had not been in contact  since last three years with his family. he visited at his home three years back on demise of his mother, father had died 8 years back.

Whenever Nisar called at his home he spoke only to his mother  but  he  would neither discuss about  himself.  His relations with his  siblings were not coordial not because of any specific reason, but lack of communication. This communication barrier further increased and  after demise of his mother, his  communication from his home had completely stopped. What was actual reason behind growing void among them Nisar didn't share. His  ostracization from family and unsuccesful professional career got him so  intricated that he could not see his personal life beyond them. Queries of Avinash about his marriage plan would not interest him much . Nisar always deviated the matter having attributed  it over irritating  when Avinash asked about his marriage. Nisar sometimes shouted at Avinash in chagrin over dragging his personal issue Immediaely Avinash  stopped  procrastinating  the issue after observing Nisar,s mood infact he wanted Nisar to relax  himself  by sharing his grief and pain with him   because he was closely observing  pessimistic thought seizing over his already distraught mental state., his frustration was conspicuous the way his health was deteriorating.

We are to celebrate new year. The way tik tik of second of clock in morning send out message to get ready, make plan of the day similarly count down tik tik of 2019 calls out some of us to make new resolution, new plan for the next year with keeping in account of previous year\s failures and success.Some of us do make new resolution for the next year according to their individual aspiration and capacity. Habits die hard People keep changing their hobbies with the time and circumstances but if anyone of us get addicted to any particular hobby it becomes difficult to quit it easily that is why one had said ‘ Habits die hard.’ Although I disliked company of one of my close acquaintances , Shahrukh, who was known for his cynical behavior and fastidious attitude nevertheless I have always enjoyed his logic and reasons which he used to put during the arguments whenever we used to sit together. One of the realities.... Despite realizing the fact that each one of us makes one's own strategies, planning at one’s own level in order to control the circumstances which directly or indirectly may affect daily life.
